Eligibility
Requests are reviewed individually according to order status, item condition, and the applicable published terms. The support team will confirm eligibility, timing, and next steps for each request.
Method and timing
Approved refund methods and processing times are confirmed when a request is reviewed. Cash-on-delivery orders are not marked paid at creation.
